Where is my order?
We aim to get your order dispatched within 2 working days but please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch on our standard delivery service.
NEXT DAY DESPATCH – Orders must be placed before 12pm, Monday-Thursday.
We offer an ‘untracked’ service so please refer to your confirmation email for an estimated shipping time frame. If the estimated shipping time has passed please dont hesitate to contact us directly at email@example.com where we can help with any issues and queries.
PLEASE NOTE – Merchandise items such as t-shirts, mugs and coasters are mainly made to order and so are subject to our suppliers lead times. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but if you need an order for a particular date, email us before your order for a rough estimate.
ROYAL MAIL SECOND CLASS WITH PROOF OF DELIVERY (3 DAY DELIVERY) – Price dependant on product, which will be displayed at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE – when selecting NEXT WORKING DAY, you are requesting for us to despatch using Royal Mail next day delivery. This does not mean we are able to send your item immediately. We aim to despatch in stock items within 48 hours of receiving an order, however if we have to order an item in this will delay despatch. If you require an order urgently, please contact us so we can advise you of a timescale. Take care when selecting delivery as refunds cannot be actioned once an order has been processed.

Our frames come in three standard sizes that fit our A4, A3 and A2 prints:
- A4 Framed print in 393x308mm black wooden frame by APG Works
- A3 Framed print in 538x418mm black wooden frame by APG Works
- A2 Framed print in 560x735mm black wooden frame by APG Works

If you are not satisfied or there is something wrong with your order reach out to us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
If an order arrives damaged, or you believe it is faulty in any way, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue so we can help you. Although we take care whilst packaging your orders, accidents can happen in transit.
We currently offer refunds on most items excluding phone cases, face coverings, A2 and larger prints and framed prints as they are made to order.
Any free gifts offered are subject to stock availability, and an alternative item may be supplied at our discretion.
