A lot of my illustrations come from song lyrics I hear that I then want to illustrate, but this one came from an image I saw posted by one of Insta pals and I just had to illustrate it. In this instance I then decide if lyrics will suit and then what lyrics to use. With this illustration it made me think of coming out of the dark to something beautiful, both visually and metaphorically.
